Made with milk originating exclusively from the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region, it's a cheese with a rind that is both blooming and washed with an orange color. Its paste is creamy with a firmer heart when its younger and getting more and more creamy in the center as it ripens.

FLAVOUR : It has the typical odor of washed rinds but it has a delicate taste with a melting texture.
