Since 1912, the cheesemakers at Bons Mayennais have passionately perpetuated the process of making this traditional cheese. The milk used to make Lingot is exclusively collected within 40 km of the cheese factory.

FLAVOR: It is tasty and creamy. Its rind is thin and amber, its ivory-coloured paste is melting and its taste is finely characterized. Its subtle and delicate aromas evolve towards more intense flavours throughout its maturation.
