This goat cheese with a summer truffle (truffle preparation, TuberAestivum Vitt., 4%) is produced in the Center region of the Loire Valley, near the town of Selles sur Cher. This matured round cheese is cut in two, garnished with summer truffle before going to the ripening cellar. The truffle gives intensive flavours to the paste. The taste is sophisticated.
