The Corsu Vecchiu or "Vieux Corse" derives from the ancient Corsican island tradition. Made with whole milk, it is a semi-soft cheese that is aged for a minimum of 5 months. Its natural rind gives it a rustic and unique appearance.

FLAVOUR: Its fine and particular flavour presents a soft hazelnut flavour. Its texture is dense and slightly fatty.
