Mostly made in the Franche-Comté region, the cancoillotte is obtained with mixing skimmed sour cow's milk and butter. It's a light cheese product. The fat content basically comes from the butter added. FLAVOURS : When cold, the cancoillotte is salted with a slightly acid taste. When heated, we discover a light fruity taste.
