Close to a Blanc de Noirs with a very high proportion of Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir, the cuvée Reserve is vinified and aged in barrels. High-quality Champagne, with beautiful roundness and great aromatic precision. The bubble is fine, caressing and the acidity is biting. A beautiful profile on almond and toast, nougat, lemon zest and apple.
