Juraflore Fort des Rousses offers a ready-to-use Jura fondue, made with 100% Comté cheese and no additives. It is crafted from a blend of three aging periods—9, 15, and 21 months—to deliver a smooth, stretchy texture, balanced aromatic intensity, a fine harmony between wine and cheese, and a long finish on the palate. Ready in just 5 minutes, it only needs to be gently reheated before stirring. Its production process, intentionally longer than that of a traditional fondue, helps preserve the full richness of flavors, subtly enhanced with Jura Chardonnay wine. Presented in a cardboard/PE container, the packaging has been designed to reduce plastic use while remaining practical, allowing the entire product to be easily recovered.
