Triple cream (or triple-crème) cheese is an exceptionally rich, soft-ripened cow's milk cheese defined by having a minimum of 75% butterfat in its dry matter. This high fat content is achieved by adding extra cream to the milk during production, resulting in a buttery, often runny or gooey, and luxurious texture.
