A raw cow’s milk cheese made at Fromagerie de la Station, Quebec. Their fromgerie has been passed down through generations and in honour of their great grandpa they have engraved his silhouette on the cheese.

This cheese stands out by its soft texture and the complexity of fruit, honey and caramel aromas.
