We have been waiting for this cheese to arrive!
It has taken years of hard work for Vincent Christophe Master Cheesemaker to develop this cheese.
He uses Gorgonzola which has been aged for 90 days as the base for this creation. Extremely creamy, intensely smooth to the point of being almost liquid. Then he ages it for 15 days to infuse in his top-secret truffle mix recipe.
Following this infusion and aging, the cheese is covered with fine flakes and dried truffle. Vincent wanted to ensure that with each ladle filled with his cheese, carries the right amount of truffle. This cheese is truly divine, even if you are not a blue cheese lover you will fall in love.
