Magpie is their newest cheese, and is closely related to their St. Oda. It is a soft cow's milk cheese, coated with a fine dusting of vegetable ash which grows a fluffy, wrinkly rind of Geotrichum Candidum. The perfect pairing for a crusty loaf of bread. Drizzle some honey or maple syrup on top for an extra bit of indulgence. 2nd Place Winter at the RAWF in 2025.
