Mimolette is back at J’adore!
This sphere like cheese has an electric orange colour with a sweet caramelized taste.
It also a holds a decadent story to how it’s made. The cheese is introduced to tiny cheese mites specifically evolved for cheese. The French call them “tiny affinuers” for their role in the aging process. Although there are no cheese mites on the cheese now, they have helped give the rind a floral aroma.
