Join us as we welcome a special presenter! Erin Harris is a Red Seal Chef and Cheese Specialist. She works across Canada selling cheese to large and small cheese shops. Erin also travels to Europe and the UK judging cheeses and adding more cheese to her portfolio! We are thrilled Erin will be at The Speak to pair Quebec’s finest cheeses with wine!
