Founded in 1957 at Jean-Talon Market, Antonio Le Donne's small butcher shop evolved into Les Charcuteries Papille in 1992, with a dedication to quality upheld by Antonio and his son Tony, who mastered the art of charcuterie. A focus on quality and integrity guided the company then and continues to this day.
